Daniel Scott

Daniel Scott has worked in various roles since 2013. Daniel started as a Merchandising Executive at Outdoor Retail in 2013, then moved on to be a Merchandising & Marketing Assistant at PDK Charnwood in 2014. In 2016, they became a Magento Trainer at The Knowledge Academy. After that, they worked as a Software Developer at XQ Cyber in 2018, Information Risk Management (IRM) in 2019, Pen Test Partners in 2020, and Software Engineer at Nominet in 2021. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps Engineer at Brightpearl by Sage since 2022.

Daniel Scott obtained their A Levels from Torquay Boys' Grammar School between 2003 and 2010, majoring in Maths, Economics, German, and Physics. Daniel then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Economics & Finance from Loughborough University between 2010 and 2013. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with Cyber Security from the University of York, which they are anticipated to complete in 2021. Additionally, in September 2021, Daniel Scott obtained the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
