Emily Taylor has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Emily began their career as a Sales Associate at Kate Spade & Company in 2012. In 2013, they became a Merchandising Specialist at Best Buy, where they were responsible for stocking and organizing movies, music, and video games, setting planograms, downstocking departments, and changing ads. In 2016, they joined McCoy Corporation as an Application Support Analyst, where they tested new systems, wrote COGNOS reports, and lead support for their delivery software, Elite. Emily also held the position of Merchandising Services Analyst 2, where they implemented and updated SKU maintenance, wrote reports for merchants, and reconciled POs for McCoy's largest distributor, True Value. In 2019, Emily joined Wesco Aircraft as a Program and Application Support, where they used Toad (SQL) to create and run reports, managed data, and used Service Desk to manage data driven support tickets. Most recently, in 2020, Emily joined Brightpearl as a Product Manager and Implementation Analyst.

Emily Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Texas State University between 2011 and 2015. In May 2020, they obtained a Full Stack Development certification from The University of Texas at Austin.
