Jandy Kelley has extensive work experience in sales, training, and leadership roles. Jandy began their career as a Corporate Trainer at Kinko's in 2001. Jandy then moved to FASTSIGNS as a Corporate Franchise Trainer from 2001-2007. In 2007, they started their own business, Labyrinth Coaching & Training, LLC, where they served as Owner, Manager, Professional Coach, Trainer & Speaker. In 2011, they joined T-Mobile as a Senior Sales Trainer-B2B. In 2012, they began working at DaVita Kidney Care as a Senior Sales & Leadership Trainer, where they were responsible for training and coaching approx. 200+ teammates, participating in monthly Sales Leadership meetings, and implementing and defining training, processes, and coaching. In 2017, they moved to Securus Technologies as a Sales & Leadership Trainer. Finally, in 2019, they joined McKesson as a Senior Training Manager, and in 2022, they began working at Brightpearl as a Sales Training Manager.
