Timothy Olsen

Timothy Olsen has been in the IT industry since 2000, when they began as an IT Engineer at Trident Professional IT Services. In 2004, they moved to Sage, where they worked as an Implementation Consultant for 13 years. During this time, they were the technical team lead for HR&Payroll software implementation projects, planning technical work streams, managing change, implementing risk strategies and executing installations across multiple platforms. In 2013, they joined McLaren Software as a Project Manager, and then in 2016 they moved to NetSuite, where they worked in the same capacity. Currently, they are the European Professional Services Manager at Brightpearl.

Timothy Olsen has a diverse educational background. Timothy attended Steyning Grammar School from 1996 to 1998. Timothy then attended Chichester College of Art from 1998 to 2000, studying Computer Science. Timothy furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Roehampton from 2015 to 2017, with a focus on International Business, Cloud Computing, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Timothy has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Supply Chain Foundations: Managing the Process (2022), Programming Foundations: Fundamentals (2021), Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander (2020), Skills for Inclusive Conversations (2020), Running a Profitable Business: Understanding Cash Flow (2020), Finance Essentials for Small Business (2020), Financial Accounting Part 1 (2020), and Accounting Foundations: Bookkeeping (2020). Additionally, they hold a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG-International, obtained in 2013.
