Heather Light has extensive experience in procurement, logistics operations, and business process management. Currently serving as the Billing and Business Process Manager at BrightRidge since December 2019, Heather leads efforts to optimize billing and business processes for enhanced accuracy and performance. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Eastman Chemical Company, where Heather managed significant inventory and led cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with various regulatory programs.
