The Customer Support and Service team at BrightRidge is dedicated to assisting and resolving issues for our over 81,000 electric and 7,000 broadband customers. This team handles inquiries, addresses service-related concerns, and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication. Led by managers, the team works to maintain high service standards and improve the customer experience within Washington, Sullivan, Carter, and Greene counties in Northeast TN.
