Shannon M Rapp

Shannon M Rapp is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in finance and accounting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Minerva Project Inc since October 2011, and simultaneously functioning as Accountant/Payroll at Datasift Inc, Shannon has also held the position of VP of Finance and HR at BrightRoll since 2006. As the owner of Rapp It Up Solutions since January 1998, Shannon provides interim CFO and controller services for startups, capitalizing on the growing demand for interim financial consultants. Previous roles include HR Accounting at Zinio Systems (2002-2011), VP of Finance at Loyalty Lab (2007-2009), and Controller at IDEO (1990-1995). Shannon holds a degree in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 1987.
