Ross Webster has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and entrepreneurship. Ross began their career in 2001 with a software developer internship at Microsoft. From there, they founded their own company called Phizz in 2004, where they were responsible for designing and developing bespoke web applications and delivering projects for various industries. In 2010, Ross joined Bright as the Founder/Director, leading the conception and creation of a new payroll software application for the UK market. Ross has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and providing excellent customer service.

Ross Webster attended Portadown College from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. From 1999 to 2004, Ross went on to study at Queen's University Belfast, where they completed their MEng in Computer Science.
