Ramu has a long-standing tenure at Dura Automotive, having held various key roles including Director of Program Management and Engineering, Program Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Systems Engineer, and Quality Manager since January 1996. Ramu holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
