Milena Lasheras Maas

Milena Lasheras Maas has extensive experience in program management and partnerships, currently serving as Deputy Head of Programmes at Brightside since October 2018, while also holding roles as Partnerships Manager and Project Manager. Previous positions include Senior Programme Coordinator at Teach First and Programme Associate at Teaching Leaders. Early career experience includes internships at UN Women, UNFPA, the Arab-American Family Support Center of New York, Women's Refugee Commission, and Social Science Research Council. Milena holds an MSc in International Migration and Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Politics MA Honours from The University of Edinburgh.
