Jon Hartzler

Jon Hartzler has a strong background in software engineering, with over 20 years of experience. Jon'smost recent position was at Brightside, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they spent nearly a decade at the University of Notre Dame as a Lead Software Engineer, specializing in systems integration and front-end work. Jon led a project to integrate data from legacy systems into a centralized GraphQL API. Before that, Jon worked as a Software Contractor at Haiku Learning Systems, Inc., where they primarily focused on integrations for school student information systems. Jon also fixed scaling problems with Active Record in the LMS tool. Earlier in their career, Jon was the Lead Developer at Lightsky Development, where they worked on building custom CMSes and portals, as well as integrating with legacy systems. Jon also managed a team of developers at the company.
