Kat Noren

Kat Noren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kat is currently working as the SVP, People at Brightside Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vineti from October 2018 to April 2022, initially as the SVP, People & Places and later as the VP of Human Resources. From February 2018 to October 2018, they worked at Salesforce as a Manager, Employee Success Business Partner. Before that, they held the position of Senior Employee Success Business Partner at Salesforce from August 2016 to February 2018. From January 2016 to August 2016, they worked at Privia Health as a Talent Manager, and prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Privia Health from October 2014 to December 2015. Kat Noren also has experience working at The Advisory Board Company as an Associate Director, Research & Insights, New Business Development from July 2013 to October 2014, and as a Marketing Associate for Talent & Development from August 2012 to June 2013. Kat began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Michigan State University Physical Plant from March 2009 to July 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from May 2011 to August 2011.
