Amr Sabry Ghanem

Amr Sabry Ghanem has a varied work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and robotics. Amr Sabry started as a Robotics Instructor at Robokid Academy in September 2021 and worked there until March 2022. Following that, they joined Mind Cloud as a Mechanical Design Engineer in September 2021, where they worked on designing a lightweight aluminum structure rover for the UGVC competition. Amr Sabry also participated in the MineSweepers competition.

In December 2021, they joined AUMotorsports as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the head of chassis design and worked on designing the accumulator with suitable geometry and load standing isolated and lightweight design.

Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at M.I.A. Robotics from September 2019 to September 2021. Amr Sabry was involved in the ABU Robocon competition and worked on designing different arrow throwing mechanisms, a lightweight mechanism with angle and force control, and a steering mechanism for replacing the omni-directional base.

Most recently, they started working as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Brightskies in July 2022. The duration of this role is not specified. Amr Sabry Ghanem pursued their education at Alexandria University from 2018 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Certified SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design Expert from Dassault Systèmes in July 2021.
