Adam Smith is an experienced executive in the Cleantech and Sustainability sectors, currently serving as Director and Co-Founder at brightsmith since September 2019, where a strong focus is placed on executive talent provision. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Managing Director at Source Group International for a brief period in 2019 and spent nearly a decade at LHi Group Ltd. as Group Director, overseeing multiple non-competing brands. Adam's career began at Madison Black, progressing from Consultant to Manager from October 2004 to January 2010. Adam earned a degree from the University of Southampton between 2000 and 2003.
