Jenny Gladman

Jenny Gladman is a Founding Partner at brightsmith, a relationship-focused executive talent provider within Cleantech & Sustainability. Jenny is also the Founder & Host of conversations in cleantech, offering insight into the opportunities in the cleantech space. Previously, Jenny was the UK Country Head & Co-Founder at HireFirst, an AI-led recruitment platform for technology professionals. During a sabbatical in 2017-2018, Jenny traveled in Asia and improved their surfing and language skills. Prior to that, Jenny was the Head of Investment Management Search Practice at SThree. Jenny holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance from King's College London.
