Tommy Bright is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and sustainability sectors, serving as the Director and Co-Founder of brightsmith since September 2019, where the focus is on executive talent in sustainability and cleantech. Prior to this role, Tommy held the position of Director at Stanton House from April 2018 to August 2019, where the emphasis was on building the Technology recruitment practice. Tommy's extensive experience with SThree from July 2000 to December 2017 included various leadership roles, such as Senior Business Manager for Huxley Banking & Finance in Hong Kong, and establishing the Progressive brand in the Middle East, specializing in recruitment across multiple sectors including banking, finance, oil and gas, and technology.
