Currently serving as a SecOps Analyst at Brightsolid since March 2024, Joe previously worked at CloudGuard AI and IN4 Group in similar roles, where responsibilities included writing operational playbooks, fine-tuning alerts, and creating custom analytical rules using KQL. Joe has demonstrated leadership as a project lead for the integration of SIEM solutions and third-party ticketing systems. Earlier in Joe's career, positions at HOST Salford and Asda provided foundational experience in both SOC analysis and IT support.
