Mike Cegelski

Mike Cegelski is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capital professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As the Founder and Chairman of Panache Ventures, Mike leads Canada's most active seed-stage venture capital fund, specializing in pre-seed investments. Cegelski serves as a Fellow at Diagram Ventures, co-founding companies in the financial, insurance, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, Cegelski holds strategic advisory roles at LOSANGE FINANCE and investment partnerships with W Investments Group and Kanata Ventures, focusing on high-growth enterprises. As Managing Partner of 500 Startups Canada, Cegelski helps startups leverage a global network of resources. Cegelski's involvement extends to being a Limited Partner at Novacap TMT IV and Brightspark Ventures, as well as an Investor and Advisor at Holt Fintech AI Accelerator. With an academic background in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université de Sherbrooke, Cegelski has been an angel investor since 2000 through Kouraje Management Inc.
