Brenda Rapp

Brenda Rapp has over 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and corporate real estate. Brenda currently serves as the Vice President at Brightspeed, leading a team of professionals and contractors and managing an annual spend of $1.6 billion within the procurement function. Prior to that, they worked at Lumen Technologies as the Senior Director of Global Network Equipment & Technology Procurement, where they managed supplier relationships and negotiations for technology platforms supporting Lumen's core network. Brenda also has experience at Level 3 Communications as the Director of Network Equipment Procurement, overseeing complex supplier relationships and managing a team of six Senior Procurement Managers. Brenda started their career at AOL, where they held various roles including Technology Operations - Enterprise Security Engineer and Technical Manager - Network Operations. Brenda also has experience at NTT America, where they served as an Engagement Manager for Data Center Services, managing contracts and strategic alliances with government clients.

Brenda Rapp has an MBA in Technology Management from George Mason University - Costello College of Business. Brenda also has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
