Nicholas Tarpoff began their work experience in 2005 as an Account Manager at Golden Eagle Of Arkansas Inc. In 2007, they became a Beef Procurement and Production Coordinator at Niman Ranch. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Purchasing at Sierra Meat & Seafood. In 2020, they joined Open Range Beef as the Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain. Currently, they are the Vice President at Spring Lake Ranch - Organic Cattle, where they manage a 20,000 acre grass-fed organic ranch and beef cattle operation.
Nicholas Tarpoff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences, with a focus on Range and Wildlife Management, from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia to study Agricultural Business and Management, though they did not receive a degree.
