Brian C.s. Debnam

Brian C.S. Debnam is an experienced project manager currently overseeing engineering and construction projects at Brightspeed since January 2024. Prior to this role, Debnam served as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Percheron, LLC, and held significant positions at Contract Land Staff, including Project Manager and Lead Land Representative for the Duke Targeted Underground Program. Debnam has also worked with Maser Consulting as the Raleigh POD Lead Land Representative for a similar program and held various roles at Percheron, LLC and Contract Land Staff, focusing on land representation and title services.
