Chantel Miller

Chantel Miller is an experienced professional in government operations, currently serving as the Director of Government Operations at Brightspeed since October 2022. Previously, Chantel held the same title at Lumen Technologies from May 2002 to October 2022, following a role as Director of Regulatory Operations at CenturyLink for a brief period in May 2002. Prior experience includes serving as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Williams Communications/Wiltel from November 1999 to April 2002 and as Tariff and Cost of Service Coordinator at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission from August 1994 to November 1999. Chantel Miller holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas.
