Jeremy Lemley

Jeremy Lemley has extensive experience in IT management and operational support, currently serving as IT Manager for Service Assurance Systems at Brightspeed since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Lumen Technologies from March 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of software developers and RPA specialists as a Senior Manager in Operational Support, as well as serving as Lead Operations Analyst focusing on reporting and data analytics. Jeremy's career began at CenturyLink as a Technical Support Supervisor and included ownership of Cerebral Computing Services, LLC, from June 2003 to December 2007, as well as earlier experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Kemma Software from 1999 to 2002. Jeremy holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
