Kelly Gove currently serves as Senior Manager of Product & Platform Innovation – Governance at Brightspeed since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lumen Technologies from March 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed being Chief of Staff and Senior Lead Talent Development Consultant, focusing on communication strategies, people planning, and talent development. Prior to Lumen, Kelly worked as a Technical Trainer at Ramsey Enterprises, as a Trainer/Instructor at Ameritraining, Inc., and held management positions in call centers and sales coaching at Private Harvest Inc. and AT&T. Education includes a certificate in Digital Technology-Basic Electricity Skills from Pace-Horizons and a degree from the University of Phoenix.
