Larissa Hughes is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Representative at Brightspeed since August 2023. Prior to this role, Larissa worked at Lumen Technologies as a Retention Account Manager from August 2020 to August 2023. Larissa's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at CenturyLink, where roles spanned from Customer Care Manager to Account Consultant and Care Specialist, covering nearly 17 years.
