Parker Ramsdell

Parker Ramsdell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and education. Currently serving as the VP of People, Mission & Culture at Brightspot since June 2013, Parker has a strong background in managing projects and fostering a positive organizational culture. Previous roles include Head Coach of Varsity Swim & Dive at Oakton High School, where Parker achieved a remarkable dual meet record of 172-18 and led the girls team to three Virginia state titles. Additional experience includes coaching at York Swim Club, serving as Regional Field Director for Obama for America during the 2012 presidential election, and contributing to the Special Olympics by developing inclusive sports experiences. Parker's educational background includes a Master of Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
