Janice Tompkins

Janice Tompkins has extensive experience in customer service and talent engagement, currently serving as a Talent Engagement Specialist at ResCare since February 2012. In earlier roles at various organizations, including Methodist Hospitals and Alpa-Rae, Janice gained skills in data entry, reporting, and supporting job searches, demonstrating strong problem-solving and people skills. Janice's responsibilities have included coordinating resource room activities, training orientations, and assisting case managers, highlighting a commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout a career spanning over four decades. Janice is a graduate of Illinois Central College.
