Jim Mattingly

Jim Mattingly is executive vice president and chief financial officer for BrightSpring Health Services. His extensive background in corporate finance, operational finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and strategic planning helps him lead the company’s financial management strategies and execution.

Most recently, Mattingly served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Kindred Rehabilitation Services. Prior to that, he served as vice president of finance and controller for Kindred at Home.

Mattingly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and philosophy from Bellarmine University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
