Lisa Nalley

Lisa Nalley is the chief of staff and senior vice president, Human Resources for BrightSpring Health Services. She also serves as the leader of the Executive Project Management Office. Lisa’s operational experience serves her in working closely with the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, presidents and operating leaders.

Nalley is integrated into many of the day-to-day operations at BrightSpring. Her leadership shows in delivering on and managing critical factors and initiatives across the organization, and coordinating with the project management office and business leaders.

Nalley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal science from Marshall University.
