Eleanor Johnson

Eleanor Johnson is a seasoned professional in the fields of AI and data science with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal and Head of AI and Automation at Brightstar Capital Partners since October 2025, Eleanor previously held significant positions at Insight Partners, where responsibilities included Director of Data & AI and Senior Manager, Head of Data for Sourcing, from April 2022 to September 2025. Eleanor's career began at Fidelity Investments in 2016, where a progression from Associate Data Engineer to Senior Machine Learning Engineer took place prior to moving into leadership roles. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Elon University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science from MIT Professional Education.
