Alyssa Minichiello

Alyssa Minichiello began their work experience in 2012 as the Organizer and Founder of the Pittsburgh Young Professionals Downtown Meetup, where they organized after-work happy hours for young professionals in downtown Pittsburgh. In the same year, they also started working as a Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on finding motivated individuals for their downtown Pittsburgh office. Alyssa held this role until 2017 when they joined BrightStar Care as a Recruitment Manager. In their most recent position, Alyssa is working as a Consultant at Lawrence Executive Placement, a boutique executive search firm specializing in various sectors such as higher education, healthcare, hospitality, and construction.
