Courtney Johnson White

Courtney Johnson White has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney began their career at TRiO Upward Bound in 2010 as a Tutor and later served as a Residential Mentor from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Assistant and Certified Health Peer Educator at Boise State University. Following this, Courtney joined Human Supports of Idaho in 2013 as a Marketing/Community Outreach Specialist. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Assistant at BrightStar Care. At BrightStar Care, Courtney steadily progressed through various roles, including Branch Manager from 2014 to 2019, Director of Operations from 2019 to 2022, and currently as Field Support Manager. In their roles at BrightStar Care, they focused on managing projects, training and coaching staff, overseeing financial responsibilities, and adapting organizational strategies to meet business needs.

Courtney Johnson White attended Boise State University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Leadership.
