Dr. Parwaiz Khalid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is as Business Owner at BrightStar Care, where they have been since 2022, overseeing the expansion of the company's offerings in the home care industry.

Prior to that, Dr. Khalid worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital from 2007 to 2022. In their role as Director of Clinical Services, they managed 13 allied health departments and implemented various initiatives to improve operational efficiency and staff motivation. Dr. Parwaiz Khalid also served as an Executive Management Consultant, providing administrative advice on patient safety, quality, strategic planning, and operational goals. Additionally, they took on the role of Interim Director of Business Affairs, overseeing revenue cycle management and provider contracts.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Khalid worked at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Parwaiz Khalid served as the Director of Business and Operations for the Department of Occupational Medicine, where they managed medical services for 12,000 staff and external clients.
