Erica Saunders

Erica Saunders has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erica started their career as a Registered Nurse at Wake Med Health and Hospitals in 2009 and worked there until 2012. Erica then joined PPD as a Consultant Nurse from 2012 to 2014. Later in 2014, they worked at UNC Physician Network as a Medical Office Staff Nurse until 2016. Erica then joined UNC REX Healthcare as a Lead Nurse/Clinical Nurse III, and in 2016, they transitioned to their current role as a Home Care Registered Nurse at BrightStar Care.

Erica Saunders has a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Winston-Salem State University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with a minor in Health Education from North Carolina Central University. Erica also has a certification in Six Sigma Lean Yellow Belt.
