Carlos Mario started their career in 2006 as a Bank Teller at Bank of America and worked their way up to various roles including Sales and Service Specialist, Relationship Manager, Financial Center Operations Manager, and VP Financial Center Manager. In 2022, they joined BrightStar Credit Union as Vice President of Operations, where their responsibilities include managing and monitoring sales, service, and financial programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the organization's strategic plans.
