Andrew Maxwell is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering for Brightstar Lottery since February 2022, Andrew leads a talented team focused on creating innovative Instant Win games and oversees multi-disciplined engineering teams in various aspects of game development. Prior to this role, Andrew spent nearly 14 years at IGT, advancing from Junior Developer to Game Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing online gaming content and contributing to the creation of a unified game framework. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
