Brad Test

Brad Test is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as VP of M&A and Corporate Development at Brightstar Lottery since July 2025, following the company's transformation from IGT, Brad previously held similar roles at IGT where responsibilities included overseeing M&A and partnerships across a diverse gaming portfolio. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at KVH Industries, Director of Strategic Solutions at Grant Thornton LLP, and Manager of Business Planning & Development at American Express. Brad began his career as an Analyst at Phoenix Management Services and a Financial Advisor Associate at UBS Wealth Management. Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, with prior education at Germantown Academy.
