Kristina Juskaite

Kristina Juskaite is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in leadership and strategic roles within the human resources domain. Currently serving as the Director of HR Data & Digital Services at Brightstar Lottery since September 2022, Kristina previously held various positions at IGT from April 2005 to September 2022, including Senior Manager of Global HR Services, where oversight was given to a team serving over 6,000 employees across the U.S. Kristina has also contributed as a Manager and HR Business Partner, supporting multiple regions and employee populations, and as a Compensation Analyst, advising on compensation strategies and program effectiveness. Academic credentials include an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University, along with a BA in English Linguistics from Šiauliu Universitetas.
