Kelli Taylor is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at BrightView since March 2021, Kelli has held various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Sourcing Specialist. Prior to this, Kelli worked as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch and gained foundational sales experience at Cintas as a Sales Representative in Training and Sales Intern. Kelli's earlier role as a Sales Coordinator at Big Ass Fans involved customer relations and proficiency in Salesforce. Additionally, Kelli served as an Education Abroad Peer Ambassador at the University of Kentucky, where responsibilities included promoting study abroad programs. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky, earned in 2017.
