Nichole Florey

Nichole Florey, MA, currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Compliance at BrightView, focusing on corporate compliance, SOP and policy development, privacy, training, investigations, and HIPAA/42 CFR part 2 compliance and anti-corruption measures. Previously held positions include Senior Due Diligence Analyst at L Brands, where due diligence procedures for third-party vendors were executed, and Senior Analyst, Compliance and Ethics at Cardinal Health, providing compliance policy expertise and auditing support. Nichole also has extensive coaching experience, having served as Head Coach for various youth soccer teams, including the U9G Elite team at Barcelona United Soccer Club and the U10 girls team at Freedom Soccer Club. Nichole Florey earned a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from The Ohio State University.
