David Carliner

David Carliner is an experienced executive in the senior living and health services sectors, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Development at Brightview Senior Living since January 2003. Previously, Carliner held the position of Executive Vice President at The Shelter Group from January 2003 to December 2017 and was the Founder and Executive Vice President at Bravo, formerly known as Elder Health, from 1991 to 2010. Carliner holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland, a Master of Health Services Administration with a concentration in planning and marketing from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Connecticut College.
