Karl Douglas

Karl Douglas has a strong and diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karl is currently the Director of Talent Development at Brightview Senior Living since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at UMBC Graduate School starting from February 2022 and at Towson University since July 2019.

Before transitioning into the education field, Karl held multiple positions at Brightview Senior Living. Karl served as the Executive Director from September 2017 to January 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's operations and programs. Karl also worked as the Director of Dementia Care (Wellspring Village) from April 2014 to September 2017, where they led and directed resident care and ensured compliance with regulations.
