Melanee Strootman

Melanee Strootman has extensive experience in administrative and operations management, with a career spanning from 2000 to the present. Currently serving as the Assistant to the Partner/EVP of Development at Brightview Senior Living since December 2015, Melanee previously held the role of Administrative Assistant at The Shelter Group for a brief period in late 2015. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at CONNOR, where standardization of terminology across documents was a key responsibility, and Logistics Manager/Project Engineer at Worcester Eisenbrandt, Inc., focusing on staff supervision and logistics management. Melanee also worked as a self-employed contractor managing project and client tracking systems and held the position of Logistics Department Head at CONNOR, supervising data entry and reporting staff. Educational qualifications include a diploma from Stevenson University and from Delone Catholic High School.
