Matthew Pope

Matthew Pope has a diverse background in research and development and laser technology. Matthew began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Laser Technician, where they helped build and repair laser modules and eventually became the 2nd shift lead, managing a team of technicians. Matthew then moved on to work at Cree as a Research and Development Technician, maintaining wafer mounting tools and dicing saws, and training operators on various processes. Subsequently, they joined Bright View Technologies as a Research and Development Engineer, operating and maintaining critical equipment, assisting customers with testing, updating work instructions, and training others. Throughout their work experience, Matthew has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities.

Matthew Pope earned an Associate's degree in Laser and Optical Technology/Technician from Central Carolina Community College. Matthew attended the college from 2005 to 2007.
