Dave Muessel

Dave Muessel is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex site development and high-end residential construction projects across various regions, including the Denver metropolitan area and New York City. At BrightView Landscapes, Muessel leads project teams, overseeing multifaceted phases and maintaining strong client relations. Previously at Lifescape Colorado and Summerhill Landscapes Inc., Muessel managed residential construction projects on tight deadlines and directed a large construction division, respectively. Earlier roles include senior project management in urban site development, consultancy for Family Office Real Estate firms, and leadership in office leasing and sales. Muessel’s career began as President of IGL Landscape, where a single-employee operation grew into a leading firm in the Southwest. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA from Binghamton University.
