David Preston

David Preston is an experienced professional in landscape architecture and finance, currently serving as Preconstruction Manager and Chief Estimator at BrightView Landscapes since January 2017, where responsibilities include providing cost estimates for commercial and civic projects valued between $1M and $20M. Previously, David held roles as a Senior Estimator and Estimator, and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Boston Architectural College, where leadership in the Sustainable Material Assemblies Lab was demonstrated. David's prior experience includes project management at Jean Brooks Landscape, focusing on executing architectural plans and managing project aspects, along with investment consulting roles at Natixis Global Asset Management and Franklin Templeton Investments, achieving significant sales success. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa.
