Laura Brown

Laura Brown is an accomplished Senior Director of Real Estate at BrightView Landscapes, with extensive experience in managing real estate activities for a diverse portfolio of over 300 locations. Since March 2014, Laura has directed land acquisitions, leasing, and strategic market analysis, ensuring transactions align with financial and operational objectives. Prior roles include Real Estate Asset Manager and Asset Manager at ValleyCrest Companies, where Laura oversaw a portfolio of more than 150 properties and managed asset programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Environmental Golf, focusing on administrative and financial operations. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
