Scott Travis

Scott Travis is a seasoned professional in landscape construction procurement with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Purchasing Manager at BrightView Landscapes since January 2016, Scott oversees landscape procurement for branches in Orlando and the Bahamas, focusing on trees and shrubs for construction projects. Previously, from July 2004 to December 2015 at ValleyCrest Companies, Scott held various roles, including Purchasing Agent and Nursery Operations Manager, where responsibilities extended to branches in multiple Florida cities and the Bahamas. Scott also managed nurseries in Abu Dhabi, UAE, initiated production practices, and served as Chief Purchasing Agent for Florida operations. Earlier experience includes project management at D & D Construction Services and nursery management at D & D Tree, where Scott implemented standard procedures and quality controls. Scott holds a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Florida.
