Amanda Cose

Amanda Cose is currently the Principal Consultant at BrightVine Solutions. Amanda has over fifteen years of experience in database management and administration, with a focus on higher education fundraising.

Amanda began their career in 2006 as a Database Specialist at The Legacy Group, Inc. Amanda then spent a year as a Data Specialist at Aurora Health Care before joining Marquette University in 2008. At Marquette, Amanda served as the Managing Director of Advancement Services for fourteen years. In this role, they led key operational areas of university advancement, including prospect research, gift processing, data management and integrity, reporting and analytics, and gift agreement administration.

In their current role as Principal Consultant at BrightVine Solutions, Amanda provides database consulting services to a variety of clients in the higher education and non-profit sectors. Amanda is an expert in Raiser's Edge and has experience working with a variety of other databases, including Blackbaud CRM and Banner by Ellucian. Amanda is passionate about helping their clients maximize their fundraising potential and reach their goals.

Amanda Cose has a Master's Degree in Leadership from Marquette University, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a certification from Blackbaud in Blackbaud Certification in the Raiser's Edge (bCRE). Amanda also has a certification from FMA (Fiscal Management Associates, LLC) in Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional.
