Susan Hines

Before joining BrightVine, Susan worked with nonprofit organizations in both the US and Australia, including Junior Achievement of Arizona, The Day of Difference Foundation, and Barker College. She has extensive experience in direct marketing, communications, and event management.

As the Delivery Manager, Susan oversees managed services, project delivery, and project teams. Susan works with Blackbaud CRM™, The Raiser's Edge™, and Blackbaud Direct Marketing™.

Susan has worked with DMS customers, including the American Kidney Fund, The United States Fund For UNICEF and Heritage Action For America, and The Heritage Foundation.
